Dr. McRitchie is a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist. He has provided psychological evaluations for hundreds of individuals struggling with a wide range of psychiatric disorders and challenges including PTSD, depression, anxiety, psychosis, personality disorders, domestic violence, substance abuse, and familial separation. Dr. McRitchie will provide you and your attorney an evaluation report that can be a significant factor in your successful case.

Dr. McRitchie specializes in psychological evaluations for clients seeking hardship waivers, asylum, N-648, U/T Visas, and VAWA cases. He obtained advanced training by Physicians for Human Rights and has been active in their pro bono asylum network since 2021. Dr. McRitchie has appeared numerous times in court as an expert witness. Dr. McRitchie has provided workshops and trainings to mental health providers on the best practices for identifying and managing serious mental illness and suicidal ideation.


My professional and personal experience allows me to use my skills to provide culturally competent trauma-sensitive interviewing, proper assessment, and detailed accurate documenting so that the psychological evaluation can significantly improve the odds to do well in the client's legal claim.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide immigration evaluations in the states of Illinois, Texas, and Louisiana via video sessions. I provide services in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. I conduct the following types of immigration evaluations: extreme hardship waivers, violence against women acts (VAWA), U-Visas, T-Visas, Asylum Petitions, and cancellation of removal petitions.

I have been providing mental health counseling since the last 10 years. I primarily work with trauma, mood disorders and adjustment disorders. As an immigrant, I want to support you in this journey as I have seen my family go through similar process. Waiting for your loved ones or unsure of your future can be stressful process. My goal is to provide exceptional service so you don't feel alone and can get the support you need to move through immigration process.
