Asking for help or seeking therapy might be new to you, but it is something many individuals do when they are overwhelmed by life stressors such as relationships and work. As a Latino psychotherapist, I am aware of how our upbringing and culture can make seeing a therapist difficult. I want to make this process and experience a positive one.

I am experienced working with adults/parents, youth, and children in school, home and in the office setting for over 11 years. My practice includes treating individuals with trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders, anger and stress management, self-esteem, and parent & adolescent issues. I would like to work with you to address these challenges.

I am fluent in Spanish and English and I am competent in Hispanic cultural needs. I offer my clients a safe space to process prior trauma, address current challenges

I was once sitting across from a therapist as a petitioner, receiving a psychological evaluation for a hardship waiver many years before I even considered becoming a therapist. I know what it's like to go through the process. As an immigration evaluator, I aim to bring empathy and understanding that comes from that experience.
