The total cost for a standard psychosocial evaluation is $1,300. Payment structure is as follows:

· $300 deposit is required one week prior to the scheduled clinical interview.

· $500 is due at the beginning of the initial clinical interview.

· $500 is due within two weeks after the clinical interview.
