- Immigration Evaluation Institute (IEI) will charge your selected payment method for IED listing fees automatically each month (monthly listing) or each year (annual listing) on the same date as your initial purchase.
- You can update your payment method at any time.
- You can cancel your listing at any time.
- We are happy to review refund requests. If a refund request is approved, it must go through the payment gateway, the acquiring bank (ours), and the issuing bank (yours). Because of this, funds can take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in the issuing bank account after the refund is approved. Refunds are issued for the purchase price less a processing fee of $3 or 3.125% of the amount being refunded, whichever is greater.
