Hello, I’m Yvelande Boursiquot, LICSW and founder of Serene Way Therapy & Wellness Center. I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive immigration evaluations for individuals navigating some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. As a first-generation Haitian American, fluent in Haitian Creole, Spanish, and English, I specialize in working with immigrants, asylum seekers, survivors of violence, and families facing separation.
I blend clinical expertise with a strong knowledge of immigration systems to deliver thorough, legally sound evaluations for asylum, hardship waivers, VAWA, and U/T visa cases.

Healing with purpose. Advocating with heart.

I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, with services available in-person and via telehealth across MA and RI. Whether you’re an attorney seeking a trusted evaluator or a client needing to be heard, I’m here to support your journey.
