$1,550 for the assessment w/o expedited services to include: clinical interviews, testing/evaluations, report development, one hour consultation with attorney and/or client. Includes electronic copy of records and report. Report available within four weeks.

Expedited additional $375 for a 14 day report and $575 for 7 day report.

Phone Consultation $50/15-minutes above reasonable review of report.

In-Person Court Attendance or Other Legal Meeting $275/Hour plus mileage (.70 per mile) and travel time when more than 30 miles from 37862 zip code.

No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee $275/Hour. Session canceled less than 48 hour notice is considered late cancellation.
