I speak Spanish and offer virtual and in-person immigration mental health evaluations for most cases. As the child of immigrants from El Salvador, I draw upon my cultural background to create a safe space to explore trauma. While working at various non-profits in the Philadelphia region as a paralegal and case manager, I also gained knowledge and training to support immigrants with family law, domestic violence, as well as navigating the criminal justice system and immigration law. I have received training and I have experience in conducting objective and clinically based mental health assessments for U and T Visa applicants as well as VAWA and asylum petitioners. I work collaboratively with the applicant and their attorney to provide high quality evaluations.
