MS, LMFT
Graduate of the Immigration Evaluation Institute

I am a bilingual and bicultural (Russian-English) licensed therapist practicing virtually in California, Florida, New York, Washington, North Carolina, Michigan, and Connecticut, with 15 years of experience. I specialize in Immigration Evaluations that can significantly enhance cases involving Asylum, U visa, T visa, VAWA, and hardship waivers.

I have extensive experience conducting biopsychosocial evaluations for immigration cases, which can greatly strengthen applications for asylum, VAWA, U visa, T visa, and hardship waivers. I collaborate closely with immigration attorneys to assess the mental health impacts of separation or deportation, document the extreme hardship, and evaluate trauma and resilience. Additionally, my evaluations can help document exceptional circumstances, such as a history of domestic violence, abuse, or other traumatic experiences. I offer Expedited evaluations.

I'm a bilingual clinician with a deep commitment to supporting individuals impacted by trauma and substance use, especially within immigrant communities. Since 2019, I've worked extensively with clients navigating addiction, recovery, and complex life challenges, always with a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. Coming from immigrant parents myself, I understand the unique barriers our communities face. My recent training in social work has allowed me to expand my services, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to those often underserved. I provide immigration evaluations, substance use assessments, and ongoing support to help individuals and families move forward with strength and dignity.

Hello/Hola! I am a dedicated therapist with a strong history of working with refugees, immigrants, and second-generation families, and I bring both cultural understanding and deep compassion to every evaluation I conduct. Having worked closely with this population and seen them navigate the complexities of acculturation, identity, and systemic barriers, I understand the unique challenges they face. My career in social work is rooted in my belief that my purpose is to support individuals and families through my skills, knowledge, and commitment to service. Providing mental health evaluations for immigration cases has been especially meaningful to me, and I take great pride in offering thorough, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive assessments that help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered during a difficult process. At my practice we offer evaluations in English, Spanish and Arabic (therapist on staff).

Graduate of the Immigration Evaluation Institute

I'm a Licensed Mental health therapist in NC since 2010 and fluent in Spanish. I solely focus on conducting evaluations for immigration and substance abuse. This means I am able to offer my full attention to serve the clients who are seeking such evaluations. This has allowed me to write detailed and thorough evaluations in a timely manner and communicate with my clients lawyer/paralegals in a timely manner. I understand the importance of how time sensitive the evaluations must be completed. Lastly, I offer in person and virtual sessions. However, if a client would like to see me virtually, they must live in the state of North Carolina. If the client lives outside of NC, not a problem! I can see them if they are willing to travel to one of my 2 locations. They will only need to travel one time to complete the evaluation.
